What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. For direct bookings we offer early check-in when your suite is ready, but we can’t guarantee it.
How do I book, and what deposit is needed?
Book a suite online through our booking engine, or contact Rene on WhatsApp (+27 83 306 4243) or email info@spacubeluxurysuites.com. A 50% deposit is payable at booking, and the balance is payable on arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, cancelling 7 days or more before arrival costs nothing. Cancelling within 7 days of arrival, or not arriving, is charged at 100% of the booking value. Bookings made through LekkeSlaap, Booking.com, Agoda or another platform follow that platform’s own cancellation policy.
Is breakfast included?
Every suite and studio can be booked self-catering or bed and breakfast. On B&B stays, breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30.
How big are the suites and studios?
Birch Luxury Studio 56 m² (plus a private patio of about 29 m²), Luxury West Suite 53 m², Oak Luxury Studio 43 m², Cedar Luxury Studio 42 m², Luxury North Suite 26 m², Luxury South Suite 23 m² and Luxury East Suite 21 m². Each room page lists the bed and bathroom details.
Do you offer long-stay discounts?
Yes. Direct bookings of more than 7 nights get a 25% discount (direct bookings only; not combinable with other offers). The three studios (Birch, Cedar and Oak) have kitchenettes and can be booked self-catering, which suits longer stays.
Do you take corporate, government and international bookings?

Where are you, and is there parking?
We’re at 79 George Storrar Road, Groenkloof, Pretoria, 0181, South Africa. There’s secure parking on site.
How far is the airport, and can you arrange transfers?
OR Tambo International Airport is about 75 minutes’ drive away. Airport transfers and tours are available by arrangement; ask us when you book.
Is there Wi-Fi and backup power?
Every suite has Wi-Fi suitable for remote work. We have backup power during load-shedding, except between 23:00 and 05:00.
Are children welcome?
Spacube is a tranquil adult retreat that welcomes well-behaved children. Each suite sleeps a maximum of 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child); larger parties can be arranged before booking. Babies aged 0–2 stay free; we don’t supply cots, but you’re welcome to bring your own travel cot by prior arrangement. Children aged 3–11 stay free in the existing bedding, and breakfast is R95 per child. Guests aged 12 and over pay the adult rate. Extra beds are available on request at R185 per night, subject to suite size. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The spa and Spa cube are for guests aged 16 and over.
Are any suites suitable for guests with limited mobility?
The Luxury West and Luxury North suites have only a 100 mm step and suit guests with limited mobility and wheelchair users. Please contact us before booking so we can talk through your needs.
How do I book a spa treatment?
Message us on WhatsApp (+27 83 306 4243) to reserve a treatment in the Adventure of the Senses® spa. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a treatment. With less notice, 50% of the treatment price is charged.
Do you sell gift vouchers, and how long are they valid?
Yes, for spa treatments, high tea and stays. As a condition of sale, vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They’re transferable, and reservations are essential when you redeem one. Any promotional bonus value can be used for spa services only, and there are no cash refunds.
What is the R100 direct-booking spa voucher?
When you book a stay directly with us, you receive a R100 voucher towards one spa package of R800 or more. It’s one per booking, can’t be combined with other offers (including the LekkeSlaap 15% discount), has no cash value and is valid until 31 March 2027.
What are the house rules?
There’s no smoking indoors and no pets. Quiet hours are 22:00 to 07:00, so please respect other guests.
How quickly do you reply?
